Balti Gosht

Lamb meat, Beef or Chicken can be used for this specialty that hails from the mountains of Baltistan and Kashmir. A dish that is always center of the dining table served with Naan or brown rice. The curry is enriched with herbs and spices to bring out the flavor that you might have never tasted before!
It is normally served in pressed steel wok-like bowl (Balti)
