Those of us who love Spinach (Palak) will love this recipe. Cooked till aroma starts twisting your stomach. Potatoes. Methi (Fenugreek leaves) fresh a dry is a very Punjabi seasoning makes this dish stand out when it comes to taste and aroma.  It is cooked with Potatoes and served normally with steamed white rice. This signature recipe of Bj is used at our restaurant for dine-in and party orders.
