Lusi - Yogurt Drink

In Punjab you can not think of having a breakfast or lunch without this drink. In the mornings it is served thick and sweet whereas at lunch time Punjabis like to have it mixed with plenty of water to have thin texture and then made salty by adding salt. It is addictive once you feel the results of having this dish in summer. Our restaurants on daily basis offer this drink at breakfast and lunch time.
