I have marinated the qeema for seekh kabab a week before a party. Then I put it in the freezer. Now I?m having doubts if they will turn out good. please Email me with your reply as soon as possible. Thank You Aneera.

Answer :

Hi, Many thanks for being with us in the exciting world of culinary. Marinated keema should not be frozen, because when you will defrost it, the onions will release water and it will be difficult to mold it on skewers, but sometimes it does, if the mince has more fat in it. Try to mold the mince on the skewers if it does not, then you can fry or bake the kabab in the oven. To bake in the oven, take one skewer, mold kabab over it, then carefully remove kabab from skewer and put on a greased baking tray. The hole in the kabab, will distribute the heat evenly. Repeat with remaining minced mixture. Bake the kabab in the preheated oven at 350F, for 15-20 minutes. Regards, Bj.
